We’re seeking a visionary CTO to define technology + AI strategy, elevate engineering excellence, and shape the future of our most strategic client engagements.
This role requires a leader with deep business understanding, commercial fluency, and the ability to show how AI, data, and modern platforms create value and change how organisations run.
At its core, the position sets the strategic direction for how AI, data, automation, and modern engineering practices power both internal capability and client transformation translating emerging technologies into commercial outcomes and competitive advantage.
Architecturally, the role governs enterprise-grade platforms, data foundations, reference architectures, and delivery frameworks, ensuring quality, security, and scalability across client services. It also carries significant pre-sales weight shaping how AI and technology are positioned in market, leading high-impact engagements, and connecting client pain points to AI-enabled solutions.
Externally, the role serves as the public face for the vision, delivering thought leadership, keynotes, and advisory content. Internally, it drives an AI-first culture, develops technical leaders, and aligns the broader organisation around responsible, scalable AI adoption.
About You
Senior technology leader (CTO, Chief Architect, Tech Evangelist or similar).
Experience in a technology services, consulting, SI, or digital transformation environment.
Deep expertise in cloud, data platforms, modern engineering, and AI (LLMs, GenAI, automation, agentic systems).
Strong commercial acumen; experienced in complex deals and enterprise presales.
Exceptional communicator with presence in boardrooms, on stage, and in media.
Credible, strategic and able to simplify complexity for C-Suite stakeholders.
Inspiring leader with a collaborative, forward-thinking mindset.
